About Hellraiser (1987)
Of all the Cenobites who come through the Lament Configuration, Butterball is the one you can't miss: a heavyset figure in black leather with his eyes stitched shut behind small dark glasses. He arrives with the group to claim Frank Cotton, and again when Kirsty is caught in their world. Butterball never says a word, but his slow, silent presence helped make the Cenobites some of the most unsettling villains in horror.
