About Saw (2004)
Two men wake chained by their ankles at opposite ends of a filthy bathroom, with a dead body lying between them: photographer Adam Stanheight and oncologist Dr. Lawrence Gordon. They've been taken by the Jigsaw Killer, who doesn't kill his victims himself but traps them in deadly games that test how badly they want to live. His messenger is Billy, a puppet with a pale face and red spiral cheeks, who appears on Jigsaw's videotapes to lay out the rules of each game and sometimes rides a tricycle.
