Great figure.

Awful/nonexistent customer service

I immediately requested a cancellation after my order. Nobody got back with me until days later AFTER the shipping process started.

Then the order got misshipped, and they never responded to my multiple emails, about wanting a refund since I never received my item, no response from their email and or third party platform contact sources they list on their own site.

Awful customer service. Won’t order from again.

You guys aren’t a small company so the fact I never had a conversation with anybody about my situation is not acceptable.
It’s been almost 3 weeks. Nobody has reached out. Even usps stated nobody has yet to reach out from your company for the claims I’ve started.

We are sorry that you are disappointed with your experience. We are confused by your review though. In the conversations we had back and forth we indicated that the item was still in transit based on the tracking details we shared with you. We also discussed the cancelation policy and that we are not able to cancel orders after they are placed, as detailed in the Help section of the website. We have accepted your refund claim since the item was declared lost by the Postal Service in the most recent tracking update. We do our best to assist customers within our policy parameters and appreciate your feedback.
