Picture this: our warehouse team, elbow-deep in last chance orders from our big announcement of the discontinuation of Chucky, Universal Monsters, and more. The team is working away as delayed preorder items crash the spooky scene arriving by the literal truckload.

Who knew pre-orders had a flair for dramatic entrances? These preorders are already showing up late after factory delays and longer than expected transit time and we don’t want those shoppers to wait a moment longer! What is the team to do?

We have temps, office staff and more join the team out on the floor making boxes and printing labels! 

The saga continues with back-ordered favorites, requested from the factory well in advance not arriving in July as planned but showing up in October.

This leaves our warehouse team to bravely unload even more truckloads of inventory while packing up the last-chance order backlog and the new Halloween shopping frenzy.  

Throughout this pumpkin-spiced journey, our customer support remains your guiding spirits, providing updates and answers as fast as they can type. But remember all the delays are causing more frights and that means a longer list of emails to respond to.
